ConsentCon 2024 set for February 16

A message from Wake Forest University Title IX Director Aishah Casseus

As we begin a new academic year, we invite you to save the date for the 2024 ConsentCon scheduled for Friday, Feb 16. (10 a.m. – 4 p.m.). ConsentCon is a conference designed to engage students, faculty and staff in a community conversation dedicated to exploring the meaning and operationalization of consent in pursuit of a campus free of interpersonal violence.

To ensure the conversation about consent remains a community-led effort, we invite you to participate in ConsentCon next spring. Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to create, lead or actively participate in a ConsentCon workshop or panel discussion. Registration and a call for proposals will be available in October.
