Be aware: Home track meet means starter gun will be shot all day Friday

For the first time since March 24, 2018, the Wake Forest men’s and women’s track & field programs will host a meet on the Reynolda Campus on Friday, April 21 at Kentner Stadium. The competition is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. Friday morning, and the last event is tentatively set to begin at 11 p.m. Please be aware that this means that a starter gun will be shot off throughout the day on Friday.

As one of the top meets slated to take place on the East Coast heading into postseason action, the Wake Forest Invitational will provide an excellent opportunity for student-athletes from across the country to qualify for NCAA Regionals. More than 20 programs are expected to participate in the meet, including Duke, North Carolina and N.C. State.
