2022 Electronic W-2 now available

The following message is shared on behalf of Payroll Services.

The 2022 electronic Form W-2 is now available for faculty, staff, and student employees. Securely access your 2022 W-2 through Workday with the following instructions: 

1. Log into Workday, click the Pay icon (listed under the Menu in the top left corner) 
2. In the View section, click My Tax Documents (you may need to click More to see additional options) 
3. Within the Tax Year 2022 line, click View / Print (after a few moments, your form will appear and be available to print or download). 

If you did not elect to receive your W-2 electronically, a paper form will be mailed to you by January 31.
