Black and white photo of a person playing a violinThe Wake Forest University Secrest Artists Series: Elias String Quartet concerts have been rescheduled from October 2021 to March 15, 16 and 18, 2022. Each event will begin at 7:30 p.m. in Brendle Recital Hall.

All other concerts in the Secrest Artists Series 2021-22 season will be held as scheduled, and Jean-Guihen Queyras will kick off the season on Oct. 28.

The Elias String Quartet have quickly established themselves as one of the most intense and vibrant quartets of their generation. The Quartet was formed in 1998 at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester where they worked closely with the late Dr. Christopher Rowland.

Wake Forest University and Medical School faculty, staff and retirees receive free admission for themselves and one guest to each Secrest Artists Series performance. Admission is free for WFU students with ID.
