Human Resources recently launched a new phone menu at extension 4700 (336.758.4700) in an effort to better optimize our service to campus partners. Colleagues are invited to save the following menu options for reference and expedited service:
- Press 1 for I-9s and employment verification
- Press 2 for benefits
- Press 3 for PTO and leaves of absence
- Press 4 for recruitment services
- Press 5 for compensation
- Press 6 for onboarding and the new hire process in Workday
- Press 7 for employee relations and concerns
- Press 8 for the Professional Development Center
- Press 9 for questions related to retiring from WFU
- Press 0 to leave a message
