Virtual wellbeing coaching available to faculty, staff, students

The Office of Wellbeing is now offering free, one-on-one wellbeing coaching to faculty, staff and students. Wellbeing coaching is an evidence-based practice designed to help individuals reach their personal health and wellbeing goals. Certified health coaches apply motivational strategies and practical skills to partner with clients working to establish routines, overcome new obstacles, enhance self-care practices or develop short-term goals for personal success and holistic wellbeing.
