Due to inclement weather, drive-through flu shots end at 12 p.m.

Due to the potential for inclement weather this afternoon and to ensure the safety of our faculty, staff and medical professionals administering flu shots, the drive-through flu shot clinic at LJVM Coliseum will end at 12 p.m. today, or as weather permits.

Additionally, the drive-through clinic at LJVM Coliseum on Thursday, October 1 will begin at 8 a.m. and has been extended to 6 p.m. Register for flu shots by visiting the PDC.

As a reminder, please have your printed and completed consent form (Download in English or Spanishto give to the nurse at the time of your visit. If you are not able to print your consent form, please bring a pen with you so you can complete a consent form when you arrive.

Additional Reminders

  • Safety: Individuals are required to wear a mask. The drive-through clinic requires all individuals in the vehicle to wear a mask.
  • Identification:Faculty, staff, and retirees should bring their Deacon OneCard. Spouses and dependent children should bring their BCBS insurance card.
  • Attire & Seating:Wear clothing that allows easy access to the upper arm. Short sleeves are preferred. The drive-through clinic requires the recipient to be seated at a window or door that can be opened.
