Martha Bassett

Singer-songwriter Martha Bassett will open the 2020 series of More Barn Concerts in January.

All concerts will take place at The Barn at Reynolda Village. All will begin at 8 p.m., with doors opening at 7 p.m.  They will be seated general admission concerts with limited reserved table seating.

Bassett is well known in the piedmont region of North Carolina.  She hosts the monthly “Martha Bassett Show” at the Reeves Theater in Elkin.  On Wednesday nights, she leads music at Roots Revival, an Americana worship service at Centenary United Methodist Church in Winston-Salem.  She also has a monthly jazz residency at the Gas Hill Drinking Room at The Ramkat in Winston-Salem.  Bassett has toured throughout this region of the South and well beyond.

Bassett’s concert is one of four scheduled for the early months of 2020 by the More Barn Concert Series.

  • Martha Bassett, Jan. 23, $30 in advance, $35 at the door, reserved tables (four seats) are $150.
  • Wild Ponies, Feb. 27, $20, $25 at the door, reserved tables (four seats) are $100.
  • Shana Tucker, March 19, $25, $30 at the door, reserved tables (four seats) are $125.
  • Sam Baker and Friends, April 16, $30, $35 at the door, reserved tables (four seats) are $150.
