Wellbeing coaching offered as a free service to students, faculty and staff

This is a guest post from the Office of Wellbeing:

Interested in making lifestyle changes? Do you need a trained accountability partner? Well, Wellbeing Coaching may be for you!

Work with a certified coach to develop a vision for your overall wellbeing, using your strengths to make healthy behavior change.

Wellbeing coaching is a free service offered through the Office of Wellbeing to currently enrolled Wake Forest University students, faculty, and staff to support goal-directed and health promoting behavior change. Through short-term individual coaching sessions, individuals work toward their wellbeing goals with one of our professional certified health coaches.

Coaching topics can include physical activity, healthy eating habits, stress management, sleep hygiene, and goals in any of the eight dimensions of wellbeing: emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual.

Open enrollment runs Aug. 20 – Sept. 7 on a first come, first served basis.  Visit the Wellbeing website to learn more!
