Staff Appreciation Picnic to be held June 7; shuttles available at many locations

This announcement was emailed to University staff on June 1 by Wake Forest Communications and External Relations:

The Staff Advisory Council and the Office of Wellbeing are planning another fun-filled Staff Appreciation Picnic to be held June 7 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Reynolda Hall “cafeteria” (Fresh Food Company/The Pit). All staff are encouraged to come and enjoy a delicious lunch, play games (like Bingo and Cornhole!), check out the photo booths and enjoy time with campus colleagues.

Shuttle transportation will be provided for staff at the University Corporate Center, Wake Downtown/Brookstown, Graylyn Conference Center, and Reynolda House. Shuttles will operate from 10:45 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Shuttle stops include the following:

• Picnic location, drop off/pick up in  front of Benson University Center
• The front of Reynolda House
• Behind Graylyn Conference Center
• The front of University Corporate Center
• The front of Wake Downtown on Vine Street
• The front of Brookstown

A canned food drive and a pet food drive will also be held at the picnic. All food donations will be provided to the Second Harvest Food Bank and the Forsyth County Humane Society.
