Staff Appreciation Picnic to be held June 9

The Staff Advisory Council and Thrive invite Wake Forest staff to attend the June 9 Staff Appreciation Picnic at BB&T Field.

The picnic is free and open to all Reynolda Campus staff.  It will be held from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Staff members are encouraged to register for the picnic. To reserve a spot at the picnic, click here.

The theme of this year’s picnic is “Olympics at the Stadium.”  Food intended to be representative of several countries will be represented:  the U.S., Mexico, Italy and China.

Several games and activities are planned for the entertainment of staff.

Shuttles will bring staff to the event, although parking is available at the stadium in the Gold Lot.

Shuttles will run from Reynolda Campus, Graylyn Conference Center and the Unversity Corporate Center.  Shuttle stops will be: in front of Benson University Center, the bus shelter in Lot W1 beside Worrell Professional Center, behind Graylyn Conference Center and in front of the University Corporate Center.

Between now and the event, the SAC and the Office of Wellbeing staff are asking Reynolda Campus staff to bring canned food donations to stock the Wake Forest food board located in the Benson University Center (third floor rotunda).  The food will benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank.

More details about the event are on the registration web page.
