Nominations for ‘Employee of the Year’ open through Oct. 1

Each year, Wake Forest presents two staff ‘Employee of the Year’ awards to individuals who have gone above and beyond in their dedication to the University community. Faculty and staff members are invited to submit nominations by Wednesday, Oct. 1.

All staff employees who work at least 1,000 hours annually with five or more years of continuous University service are eligible for nomination.

Staff Advisory Council representatives will review the nominations and select the award winners. Recipients will be recognized with a plaque and $1,000 at the Staff Rewards & Recognition Luncheon on Tuesday, Nov. 4.  

A dessert reception will also be held on Nov. 4 at 4 p.m. in the Green Room of Reynolda Hall to honor these recipients. All are invited to attend.
