IS addressing intermittent phone issues

Information Systems is working with a vendor to resolve an intermittent problem with dialing non-WFU numbers (non 758 numbers) from campus telephones. Some users reported difficulties in making a phone connection to non-WFU numbers when dialing from campus telephones.

Please know that you can dial 5911 or 911 from a campus telephone in the case of emergency.

There is no estimated time of resolution. Check the Information Systems status line by dialing x4357 and selecting option 1 for the latest information. Information Systems apologizes for any inconvenience.
