Information Systems continues to work with engineers from Cisco Systems to resolve the problem. The problem is related to the software within the network hardware.
Cisco engineers are working around the clock to provide a software update that will be applied to our network hardware. Information Systems expects that the software update will be received and applied later this week. Until the software update from Cisco, Information Systems will continue to take steps to keep the wireless network available.
