Information Systems continues to work with Wake Forest’s vendors to resolve a problem that is causing unexplained campus wireless network outages. As reported previously, the confirmed outages impact Calloway, Kirby, Greene, Winston, Salem and Reynolda halls, and the Benson University Center.
Together with the vendors, IS is making progress on identifying the issue that is causing the problem, but it does not have an estimated time of resolution. IS apologizes for the inconvenience this problem is causing you, and thanks you for your patience.
