Help Wake Forest plan for the future of campus recreation

Message from Hof Milam, senior vice president for finance and administration/chief financial officer:

Dear students, faculty and staff,

In order to guide our efforts to enhance the campus experience at Wake Forest, the University is currently developing a Campus Recreation Master Plan. As a part of the planning process, a survey has been developed to allow all members of the Wake Forest community to provide feedback regarding their current habits, spatial needs, and programmatic preferences related to campus recreation.

The web-based survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Regardless of the frequency with which you engage in recreation activities, or whether you do so on or off campus, your involvement in this survey is important. While your participation is completely voluntary, it is critical that everyone shares their opinion so that we have data that accurately represents the experiences of the entire Wake Forest campus community.

Please complete the survey by midnight on Sunday, July 1, in order to have your input included. To access the survey please click here. If the survey does not open automatically, please copy and paste the following link to your internet browser’s address bar:

As a token of appreciation for your time, we will randomly select 30 respondents, who complete the survey by the July 1 deadline, to win a gift certificate to WFU Stores or WFU Dining Venues! Winners will be notified by the Office of Finance and Administration following the survey.

Wake Forest has retained the services of a nationally-recognized, independent consulting firm, Brailsford & Dunlavey, to administer the survey and prepare reports on the results. All information that you provide is strictly confidential. No individual responses will be identified.

If you have any questions about the survey, please contact Brailsford & Dunlavey at survey@programmanagers.com. Thank you in advance for your help with this important endeavor at Wake Forest.

Respectfully,

Hof Milam
