Change in University Corporate Center access

We are pleased to announce that Wake Forest faculty and staff wishing to visit WFU departments located in University Corporate Center (UCC) will now be able to access the building, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., by using your Wake Forest ID card.

In addition to building and lobby access, your Wake Forest ID will now provide you with key card access to the general office space occupied by Financial and Accounting Services, Finance Systems, Procurement Services and Information Systems.

When visiting UCC, it is recommended that you use the Wake Forest shuttle, which stops and picks up at the building’s main entrance. For those wishing to drive, parking is available in Parking Lot A, which is Wake Forest’s designated parking lot, or in the lower lots toward the Deacon Boulevard exit.

Do not park in other designated lots, as they are assigned to other UCC tenants. Unauthorized vehicles parking in lots other than Lot ‘A’ or the lower lots are subject to tow without notice.

The following is a list of Wake Forest University Departments located in UCC, and the appropriate entrance to use (all WFU departments can be accessed through the main entrance on Reynolds Blvd.):

• Information Systems: B lobby entrance at the rear of the building
• Finance Systems: C lobby entrance at the rear of the building
• Procurement Services: B lobby entrance at the rear of the building
• Financial & Accounting Services: B lobby entrance at the rear of the building

When entering the building entrance most convenient to you, wave your ID card over the card reader at the security desk for lobby access. A security guard is available at each lobby entrance to assist you with directions to the University department you wish to visit. To distinguish Wake Forest visitors from other corporate tenants while you are in the building, please display your Wake Forest ID at all times.
