Lighting of the Quad will be tonight

Billy Hamilton enjoys a past Lighting of the Quad.

The annual Lighting of the Quad will be tonight from 7-8:30 p.m. on Hearn Plaza. The event will include a cappella performances, speakers and a candle-lighting ceremony. A Frasier Fir in front of Reynolda Hall will be lit as well.

Those attending are encouraged to bring a blanket or item of warm clothing for those in need. Those contributing will receive a commemorative ornament.
