Gilreath to discuss Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell

On Thursday, Oct. 27 at 3 p.m. in the Z. Smith Reynolds Library’s Auditorium, School of Law Professor Shannon Gilreath will detail the effort to repeal the military’s Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy banning openly gay service members. He will also critique the gay rights movement’s focus and strategy with regard to military access. The event is part of the library’s lecture series.
