Several faculty members in Wake Forest University’s Calloway School of Business and Accountancy were honored at an annual awards ceremony this spring.
James Cotter, associate professor of business, received the Undergraduate Student Teaching Award. Lee Knight, Hylton Professor of Accountancy, received the Graduate Student Teaching Award. Dale Martin, Wayne Calloway Professor of Accountancy, received the Horace Kelly Alumni Teaching Award. Jonathan Duchac, Merrill Lynch Associate Professor of Accountancy, received the T.B. Rose Instructional Innovation Fellowship. Denise McManus, Exxon-Wayne Calloway Faculty Fellow and assistant professor of business, received the Faculty Scholarship Award.
The Calloway School is ranked 21st among the nation’s top undergraduate business programs, 15th in accounting programs and 16th in entrepreneurship by U.S. News & World Report. Graduates of the Calloway School, which offers both a master’s and bachelor’s in accounting, have ranked first or second in the nation in CPA exam passage rate for the past five years.
