Wake Forest University has named Jeryl Prescott an associate dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and assistant professor of English.
Prescott, who will begin her responsibilities on July 1, joined Wake Forest in 1994 as a visiting assistant professor of English. In 1996, she became an assistant dean of the College, also.
She earned her doctorate from the University of South Florida after earning a master’s degree from North Carolina A&T University and a bachelor’s from Clemson University.
