Week of Sleep workshops begin Feb. 8

In collaboration with various offices and student groups, the Office of Wellbeing would like to present the Week of Sleep, a series of daily workshops Feb. 8-12  at 4 p.m. in Benson University Center to raise awareness of the importance of sleep related to our physical and emotional wellbeing leading up to the Sleep Challenge! Faculty, staff, and students who come get a free sleep gear prize (while supplies last, first come first serve).

-Join the Learning Assistance Center on Monday Feb. 8 from 4-5 p.m. in Benson Center, Room 401C to learn about sleep and its effects on your cognition, focus, and concentration!

-Join Wake Forest Neurology Feb. 9 from 4-5 p.m. in Benson Center, Room 409 to learn about sleep disorders!

-Join the Student Health Service Feb. 10 from 4-5 p.m. in Benson Center, Pugh Auditorium to learn about the effects of sleep deprivation!

-Join the Office of Wellbeing Feb. 11 from 4-5 p.m. in Benson Center, Room 409 to learn about the importance of sleep hygiene!

-Join the University Counseling Center Feb. 12 from 4-5 p.m. in Benson Center, Room 409 to learn about sleep as it relates to stress, anxiety, and irritability!
