Update: New details announced for Staff Appreciation Picnic
Staff may now register for the Staff Appreciation Picnic planned for June 9. While registration is not required, it helps the Staff Advisory Council and the Office of Wellbeing in preparing for the big event. Hundreds of staff members are expected for the picnic planned for BB&T Field from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on that day.

The picnic is free and open to all Reynolda Campus staff.
The theme of this year’s third annual picnic is “Olympics at the Stadium.” Food intended to be representative of several countries will be represented: the U.S., Mexico, Italy and China.
Several games and activities are planned for the entertainment of staff.
Shuttles will bring staff to the event, although parking is available at the stadium in the Gold Lot.
Shuttles will run from Reynolda Campus, Graylyn Conference Center and the Unversity Corporate Center. Shuttle stops will be: in front of Benson University Center, the bus shelter in Lot W1 beside Worrell Professional Center, behind Graylyn Conference Center and in front of the University Corporate Center.
