Wake Forest's Fan Fest set for August 13

Wake Forest hosts the Unrivaled tailgate party to celebrate members of giving societies before the home football game on Friday, October 30, 2015.

Wake Forest Athletics’ Fan Fest will be held Aug. 13 at BB&T Field.  Fans will be allowed on the field at 5 p.m., but they are invited to arrive early to watch the football team in an open scrimmage at 2 p.m.

The team will scrimmage from 2 to 4 p.m., then return to the field at 5 p.m. with student-athletes from other fall sports.  They will be available for autographs and pictures. Coaches and players will be present to meet fans.  Other activities will include food and drinks, inflatable games, face painting and special appearances by the Demon Deacon and the Wake Forest spirit squad.

Football ticket representatives will be on hand, also, for those wanting to participate in Select-Your-Seat, which allows fans to reserve season tickets for the 2016 football season.

Fan Fest admission and parking is free.
