Getting Ready to RIDE: Inclusive Excellence at WFU

This 25-minute online session is an introduction to “all things RIDE.” The video, embedded near the top of the RIDE website, provides an overview of Wake Forest’s framework for inclusive excellence, as well as the tools and resources available to individuals, departments, organizations and institutional leaders striving toward that goal. This asynchronous session is available online and can be taken individually or with your team at any time.

Inclusive Excellence for Leaders: Realizing Inclusion, Diversity and Equity

Intended for leaders and those responsible for leading diversity, inclusion and equity efforts within their organization or department, this 90-minute session is the second in the RIDE workshop series. The first session, “Getting Ready to RIDE,” is strongly recommended but not required as a prerequisite. The ODI will offer a workshop for faculty and staff leaders, as well as a workshop designed for student leaders.
