Memorial service Jan. 6 for Professor Emeritus David Catron

A memorial service for David W. Catron, professor emeritus of psychology, will be held Jan. 6 at 2 p.m. in the Saal at Salemtown Retirement Community in Winston-Salem.  Professor Catron died Dec. 25.  An obituary appeared in the Dec. 27 edition of the Winston-Salem Journal.

Professor Catron joined Wake Forest’s faculty in 1963.  His retirement was recognized at commencement in 1994.

We grieve Professor Catron’s death and extend our condolences to his family and friends, as well as those at Wake Forest who had the opportunity to know him.
