Post office and mail services closing early on Dec. 31
On December 31, Wake Forest post office and mail services will close at 1 p.m. Mail couriers will complete the morning route only. Please have all mail ready to go out by the time the courier arrives.

Project Pumpkin will impact traffic Tuesday
Project Pumpkin, the student-organized event that brings about 1,200 children to campus for trick-or-treating, will be held Tuesday, Oct. 25 from 3-6 p.m. Please be prepared for heavy traffic and traffic re-routing in the afternoon.
Traffic will be heavy near Lot N. Officers will be in the area to help direct traffic in coordination with buses on campus.
Buses will be unloading/loading in Lot P, east of Wait Chapel, starting at 3 p.m. until late afternoon. Because of this there will be no parking in Lot P throughout the day. If you normally park in Lot P, please use designated parking on Davis Field. If it is raining on Oct. 25, half of Lot P will be open. If that half of the lot is full, please use available spots in Lot Q.
Lot B, between Taylor and Davis Halls, will be closed all day, strictly reserved for Project Pumpkin deliveries. The lot will be monitored by an officer.
Overflow parking for Faculty/Staff will be available in Lot Q as well as on Davis Field.

Polo Road entrance closing
The Polo Road entrance to campus will be closed until August 25, due to the construction of Farrell Hall. Please use the Reynolda Road or University Parkway entrances during the summer. Emergency vehicles and residents of Paschal Drive and their guests will still be able to use the Polo Road entrance.

Wake Forest Road repaving
Road closing: From Mon., May 2, through Thurs., May 5, Wake Forest Road, from the Reynolda Road gate house to the bottom of Davis Field, will be repaved. During this time, traffic will be restricted to one lane. Please consider using other campus entrances to help reduce traffic congestion.

Work on roads, parking lots
During spring break (March 5 – 13), Parking & Transportation will be striping several parking lots and roads: Gulley Drive will be closed Tuesday, March 8, from approximately 6:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.; parking lots G (beside Carswell Hall) and E (beside the Z. Smith Reynolds Library) will remain open. Parking spaces behind Wait Chapel along Wake Forest Road will be blocked off Wednesday morning, March 9. All roadway center lines and crosswalks will be painted beginning Saturday, March 5, through Sunday, March 13. Parking lots A, B, C and N will be striped during this time; advance notice will be posted the day before a lot is closed; only one lot will be closed at a time.
