New campus initiatives support efficiency, sustainability

WF@Work

Launched in January of this year, WF@Work supports the University’s commitment to sustainability, as well as to improving services to employees. The application provides employees secure online access to their pay and benefits information. Because of the successful launch of WF@Work, the University is able to support sustainability through the following means:

  • Discontinue printing pay statements. Employees received the last paper pay statement with the pay date closest to May 1, 2012. Going forward, employees are encouraged to access pay information online using the WF@Work application in WIN. Employees needing assistance accessing WIN should contact the Information Systems Service Desk at 758-4357 (xHELP). Feel free to bookmark this link to the University’s pay calendar to stay informed of pay cycle dates.
  • Discontinue printing salary letters. This year, letters will not be sent to staff employees with new salary information.  Staff employees will be able to view new salary amounts through WF@Work beginning July 2, 2012.

NOVAtime

This is the new time-keeping and leave management application the University is implementing to further support improved, efficient services to employees. This new application will unify all time and attendance activities for bi-weekly paid staff and students, replacing Stromberg and the time-keeping applications within WIN. The new application rollout will begin this summer and continue on a phased approach through September. Please join us to learn more about this application at one of two information sessions to be held in Pugh Auditorium: Thursday, June 21, from 1–2 p.m. or Friday, June 22, from 9–10 a.m. Registration is not required.

WF@Work launched

We are excited to announce WF@Work – a new web portal that offers faculty, staff, and student workers electronic access to view their payroll and benefits information.

WF@Work will provide many benefits, including:

  • Giving faculty, staff, and student workers the ability to view personal information from 2005 forward, including current benefit elections, payroll deductions, tax information, pay statements, and W-2 Forms.
  • Streamlining administrative processes and reducing the potential for errors.
  • Promoting Wake Forest’s commitment to sustainability by reducing our dependency on paper.
  • Greater security for your personal information.

To access WF@Work, log into your WIN account and click the WF@Work link at the top of the page.
