Learn about telepresence on Tuesday

Do you like to bring guest speakers into your class? Do you want a convenient, distance-free way to collaborate with colleagues with an in-person feel? Do you want to hold interviews without the added travel?

If you answered YES! to any of these questions, please join us on Tuesday, April 3, from 2:30-4 p.m. for our Telepresence Open House to learn more about Telepresence on the Wake Forest Campus. Join us any time during the Telepresence Open House at a location convenient to you!

Telepresence Locations

  • ZSR 204: A lecture style room that is tiered with personal microphones for each student. Complete with dual screen technology and cameras that automatically adjust to speakers and presenters.
  • DeTamble: This single screen room allows for a picture-in-picture view of videos and presentations and it is set up in a tiered lecture room. This room is located in Tribble Hall near the counseling department.
  • ZSR 258 (Collaborative Technologies Space): This space has a personal desktop Telepresence unit that can be used for interviews and smaller face-to-face discussions.
