Office of Wellbeing offers new services

This is a guest post from the Office of Wellbeing:

Since moving into the newly renovated Reynolds Gym & Wellbeing Center, the Office of Wellbeing is offering two new services to the campus community.  Massage therapy, offered by licensed therapists, is available to Wake Forest students, faculty, and staff at a charge of $50 for a one-hour session.  Services are available for relaxation or therapeutic treatment. For more information or to make an appointment, click here.

We also have Wellbeing Coaching services, offered by certified coaches, to support Wake Forest students, faculty, and staff in goal-directed and health promoting behavior change.  All coaching services are free of charge. Your wellbeing coach can offer up strategies that are sustainable options for you to choose from as you begin your journey to discover what works for you.
