Series presents performance of complete Beethoven Trios
February 8th, 2016
The University’s Secrest Artist Series will host musicians David Finckel, Philip Setzer and Wu Han in a performance of the complete Beethoven Trios in a two-night special event on February 17 and 18 in Brendle Recital Hall.
Cellist David Finckel, violinist Philip Setzer and pianist Wu Han are renowned as one of the world’s finest piano trios. The Secrest Signature Pre-Concert talk will begin at 6:40 p.m. before each performance, focusing on the music of that night. Both Pre-Concert talks will be given by Associate Dean and Professor of Music David Levy.
