Rogan speaks at World Summit for Counter-Terrorism

Randall Rogan, professor of communication, recently presented “What to expect in jihad: AQAP’s Inspire publication” at the World Summit for Counter-Terrorism in Herzliya, Israel.

Rogan spoke about the way in which the language used in the online magazines function to recruit and radicalize individuals into the jihadi movement and its function for inciting violence and terrorist activity in the West.
