Orser to deliver ‘Last Lecture’

Paul OrserAssociate Dean Paul Orser (’69) will share his life lessons with the Wake Forest community at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25, in Annenberg Forum in Carswell Hall.

Orser received his B.S. (Wake Forest) and M.S. and Ph.D. (Emory) degrees before joining Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation in Boston where he served as Senior Environmental Scientist and later as Manager of Marketing Services.

In 1989, he returned to Wake Forest, holding positions in Admission, Public Affairs and Student Life. Since 1993, when he joined the Dean’s Office as Associate Dean and Dean of Freshmen, Orser has served on the First Year Seminar, Academic Affairs, Orientation and Lower Division Advising, and Enrollment Projection Committees. He currently directs the WAKE Washington, DC Program and the Upton Foundation Grant for faculty development and research in Washington, DC.
